Explore the full agenda below!
Arrival Window
Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 2:30 PM. While official check-in begins at 4:00 PM, room availability before that time is not guaranteed. Lucky Arrow has plenty of beautiful common areas — the beer garden, the porch spaces, and the lounge pockets throughout the property — so feel free to get settled, relax, explore while rooms finish turning over.

Check In
Welcome to Lucky Arrow! Grab your keys, drop your bags, and get ready for Hill Country vibes.

Dinner & Poetic 2025 Impact Awards
Kick off the retreat with great food, great energy, and the official start of Ink & Impact. We’ll celebrate our 2025 Impact Award recipients and set the tone for the days ahead. Dress Recommendation: Smart casual. No need for anything formal — Wear something comfortable and presentable that still feels special.

Group Hangout & Axe Throwing
We’ll gather at the beer garden for a relaxed team hangout — complete with drinks and axe throwing for those who want to jump in.

Optional Morning Activity — Yoga at the Overlook
Ease into the morning with movement. Join us for a beginner friendly session led by a local instructor. Whether you stretch, breathe, stroll, or sweat a little, this is your moment to ground yourself before the day’s inspiration begins.

Breakfast / Headshots / Co-Work
Fuel up with breakfast, grab coffee, and settle into the space. Professional headshots will also be taken during this time — come camera-ready but still comfortable. It’s the perfect window for early collaboration, connecting across teams, and warming up your creative energy.

Creature Coffee Cart
Specialty coffee and matcha with Creature Coffee, sponsored by our partners at Simpli.Fi

Poetic State of the Union
A transparent and energizing look at the year behind us: what we built, what we learned, and how each contribution shaped our momentum. We’ll also preview Poetic’s 2026 focus areas and the next chapter of our collective impact.

Asset Guest Speakers
Hear directly from our trusted partners as they share insights, wins, and what they’re most excited about as we move into 2026. This is the collaboration behind our impact, brought to life.

Career & Leadership Panel
Featuring: Saad Arij, Alex Moore, Cory Hitte, Brian Wei and Rebecca Hughes Five leaders with very different backgrounds, journeys, and leadership styles — all sharing the lessons, pivots, and catalysts that shaped their careers.

Lunch
Refuel and refresh — because bold strokes need steady hands.

Enneagram Session with Alex Moore
Dive into the Enneagram to deepen self-awareness, understand team dynamics, and strengthen how we collaborate. A reflective session to support better communication, empathy, and leadership.

Poetic Collaborative Innovation Challenge
Cross-departmental collaboration meets creative problem-solving. Teams will work together to ideate solutions, reimagine processes, or bring forward new ideas that could shape Poetic’s next era. A hands-on exercise in curiosity, teamwork, and innovation.

2026 Impact Planning — Department Goal Setting
Departments will break out to outline goals, priorities, and opportunities for the year ahead. This is where the creativity from the day becomes direction — turning ink into intentional impact.

Dinner
Gather under the Hill Country sky for dinner. A chance to unwind, reflect, and recharge — because big ideas deserve big meals.

Group Hangout & Activities
Bonding, laughter, and maybe a surprise or two — this is where impact meets memory-making.

Optional Morning Activity — Run Club
Meet at the Lucky Arrow Lobby Start the final day with a light Run Club loop around the property. All paces welcome — it’s more about movement, fresh Hill Country air, and getting energized for the morning ahead.

Breakfast & Hackathon Kickoff
Grab breakfast and gather for the kickoff of our Poetic Hackathon — a final creativity sprint designed to bring teams together around innovation, experimentation, and rapid problem-solving.

Poetic Hackathon
Teams will collaborate to ideate, prototype, and present creative solutions that could shape the future of Poetic. A high-energy, hands-on session to close out Ink & Impact with action, alignment, and imagination.

Closing Remarks
A final moment to reflect on what we learned, celebrate what we created, and anchor the inspiration we’re taking back into 2026.

Departure
Pack up, say goodbye, and hold onto the connections, ideas, and momentum you’ve created here. The retreat ends — but your impact doesn’t.
